1. Shipping Policy

  • Custom commissions may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the piece. I will provide you with a more accurate estimate when discussing your commission.

Domestic Shipping

  • I offer domestic shipping across the United States. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can generally expect delivery within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping

  • Yes, I ship worldwide! International shipping times vary based on your location. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days after processing, depending on customs and postal services in your country.
  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Shipping Carriers

  • I work with trusted shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.

Packaging

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. For larger or fragile pieces, additional protective materials will be used to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or your tracking information. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

2. Return Policy

I want you to love your artwork! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, undamaged) and securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment.
  • Custom commissions and sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there is an error in the order.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. I will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging or equivalent protection and ship it back to me.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in the order.
  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • I do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions or personalized artwork
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
